ArkanumOT Online is a dynamic game that promotes interaction among players from around the world, blending competition and cooperation. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following rules:

1. Names

• a) Offensive Names: Names that are insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, harassing, or generally objectionable are not allowed.
• b) Forbidden Advertising: Names that advertise third-party brands, products, or services—or involve real money trades—are prohibited.
• c) Unsuitable Names: Names that express religious or political views are not permitted.
• d) Invalid Format: Names must not include incomplete sentences, nonsensical letter combinations (e.g. "Ehaushsid"), or be badly formatted (e.g. "Ma-th'eus").
• e) Inciting Rule Violation: Names that encourage rule breaking (e.g. "Bot") are forbidden.
• f) Fake Administration: Using names that suggest affiliation with ArkanumOT staff (e.g. "Adm", "GM") is not allowed.

2. Statements

• a) Offensive Statements: Insulting, racist, sexually explicit, drug-related, harassing, or generally objectionable statements are forbidden.
• b) Spamming: Excessively repeating identical or similar statements, or using badly formatted or nonsensical text, is prohibited.
• c) Advertising: Advertising third-party brands, products, or services—or promoting trades involving real money—is not allowed.
• d) Off-Topic Public Statements: Public statements that are religious, political, or off-topic are forbidden.
• e) Disclosing Personal Data: Revealing personal information of others is strictly prohibited.
• f) Supporting Rule Violation: Any statements that encourage, incite, or imply rule violations will be sanctioned.
• g) Destructive Behavior: Using someone else's name to scam or any actions that disrupt the game’s dynamics will be considered destructive and may be punished.
• h) Blocking in Protection Zones: Deliberately obstructing passage in protection zones is not allowed and will result in progressive bans.
• i) Blocking on Rookgaard: Blocking areas on Rookgaard is prohibited and will lead to progressive banishment.

3. Cheating

• a) Bug Abuse: Exploiting known errors or bugs in the game is forbidden.
• b) Using Unofficial Software: Running illegal programs, unauthorized modifications, or tools that automate gameplay is strictly prohibited. This also includes running the client inside virtual machines.
• c) Multi-clienting: Each player may only have one character online at a time. Sharing accounts or using multiple characters simultaneously is not allowed.

4. False Information

• a) Impersonating Staff: Pretending to be a ArkanumOT staff member or representative is not allowed.
• b) Slandering or Agitating: Publishing false or misleading information about ArkanumOT or calling for a boycott is prohibited.
• c) False Reporting: Intentionally providing incorrect or misleading information in reports or support requests will not be tolerated.
• d) Threats Against Staff: Any threats, explicit or implicit, towards staff members will result in severe penalties.
• e) General Misinformation: Publishing false information about staff or ArkanumOT may lead to account punishment.

5. Legal Issues

• a) Hacking: Stealing other players' accounts or personal data is strictly forbidden.
• b) Attacking ArkanumOT Service: Disrupting or damaging ArkanumOT servers, the game, or related services is not allowed.
• c) Fraudulent Payment: Any form of fraudulent payment will result in the player's account being blocked.
• d) Violating Laws or Regulations: Any actions that violate applicable laws, the ArkanumOT Service Agreement, or third-party rights are prohibited.

6. Gameplay

• a) Excessive Player Killing: The server enforces limits on player killing: 6 kills per day, 10 per week, and 20 per month. Exceeding these limits may result in sanctions.

Violations of these rules may lead to temporary or permanent sanctions, including modifications or removal of character attributes, items, or even account deletion without compensation—based on the severity of the infraction and the player's history. ArkanumOT reserves the right to change these rules at any time, with all updates being announced on the official website.
